By booking an appointment with Jes Reid Hair Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments & Consultations
All new clients are required to complete a consultation prior to their service. This allows us to discuss expectations, maintenance, timing, and pricing before beginning any service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled outside of this window may be subject to a fee.
No-shows may result in a charge and may require a deposit for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to respect the time of other clients. Full service charges may still apply.
Pricing & Services
All prices are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, density, previous color history, and time required. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation.
Adjustments
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your service, please contact Jes Reid Hair Studio within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss appropriate adjustments. Adjustments do not include changes of mind or requests for a different look.
Personal Belongings
Jes Reid Hair Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Right to Refuse Service
Jes Reid Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone due to inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, or failure to comply with salon policies.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 858-260-3613. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
